Privacy Policy
Personal data may be disclosed without your consent in cases of disputes or fraud related to payments to the following recipients: the banks involved in online payments, international card organizations, and service/product providers, as well as, according to the law, to the authorized institutions.
In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001, our clients have the following rights:
1) Right to Information (Art.12)
2) Right of Access to Data (Art.13) – the right to obtain, upon request and free of charge, once per year, confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed by the data operator.
3) Right to Rectification (Art.14) – the right to request, in writing and free of charge, that the data operator:
a) rectify, update, block, or delete incomplete, inaccurate, or unlawfully processed data;
b) transform unlawfully processed personal data into anonymous data;
c) notify third parties regarding the operations mentioned in points a) and b).
4) Right to Object (Art.15) – the right to object, free of charge and in writing, for justified and legitimate reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data.
5) Right to Legal Recourse (Art.18) – the right to address the courts to defend rights guaranteed by law that have been violated.
6) Right to File a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Art.25).
